AIOE Structure ¶
Mission ¶
The AIOps Enablement (AIOE) group consolidates fragmented efforts into a single, office-led operating model that transitions manual effort into autonomous, AI-driven outcomes.
Note
This structure is not a change to reporting lines. It is a strategic shift in how we organize for delivery.
Intake & Architecture Office ¶
A centralized Intake & Architecture Office governs intake, prioritization, and architectural alignment to ensure the right work is done at the right time. It operates as a single unified office with two areas of focus — product and technology — working in tandem.
| Product Focus | Technology Focus | |
|---|---|---|
| Members | James Kelsall, Ognjen Josipovic, Calvin Yan | Ke Ma, Trof Liu, Simpson Chua, RaviTeja Buddabathuni, Travis Wang |
| Responsibility | Business need, value, urgency, and delivery framing | Technical solution, direction, roadmap, guardrails, risk posture, and standards |
Intake Process ¶
For all work routed to the AIOE team, please follow the guidelines below. Detailed instructions are available in the Mission Control Intake Submission page.
New Initiatives: For all new requests or projects, provide the details outlined in the submission questionnaire. You must apply the label REQ_SOPT_AIOE to your Jira ticket to ensure your request is captured by the AIOE team.
Warning
To ensure efficiency, please avoid one-line asks or hidden deadlines.
