When dealing with problems around deployments and maybe if there are more anomalous operational issues, the Ask WebexKubed teams space is an option for getting help from the Kubed team.
To raise a JIRA you can do this within the Teams Space by using their KubedOps bot.
@KubedOps title-for-your-JIRA
Description of your problem here.
Then you should see that the bot created the JIRA.
