Dependencies ¶

• Ticketing System. Work as worker order to drive following actions
• Change Management. The integration with Change Management can snooze the alerts for known/planed alerts.
• Inventory. Provides the ability to connect users/services/support groups with specific alerts
• Database. Now MCT is using PostgreSQL database, and is managed by DBA team.
• Identity. Now the calls to MCT are all CI certified.
• PagerDuty. There're multiple notification approaches used in MAS: Email, WebexTeams, PagerDuty.
