Maintenance periods and issues affecting the Webex, Webex Meeting, and Messenger services are tracked at https://status.webex.com.

Totally there are 3 series of environments for GSS project, apart from the local development one. DEV is used for accept test. STAGE is used for pre-prod verification.

  1. Service Status page 1. Show the 'in progress' incident & maintenance in the top section 2. Show the 'scheduled' maintenance in the bottom section 3. Place the components in the central section, horizontally ( keep the 'Meeting', 'Teams' and 'Control Hub' on the top ), in order to do this there are some translate transform may need to adjust the orders to make the page looks better.
  2. Incident History 1. For calendar filters: when pick 'All Webex Services', for severity the options would limit to 'Major' & 'Critical' 2. Only show 'Major' & 'Critical' incident on the calendar 3. Not show maintenance on the calendar

    1. Point to https://status.webex.com/maintenance.rss when on 'Maintenance' tab 2. Point to https://status.webex.com/history.rss when on 'Incident' tab
  4. Index JSON 1. https://status.webex.com/index.json contains all the status info, could be used to integrate with other system.
  5. Subscription 1. Allow subscribe your email to the in progress incident/maintenance
