For Webex for Commercial, click Email icon, a pop-up window will appear, input the email and click "Create Subscription", then you can receive the confirmation email.
For Webex for Government, click Email icon, a pop-up window will appear, input the email and click "Create Subscription", then you can receive the confirmation email.
For Incident History, click Email icon, a pop-up window will appear, input the email and click "Create Subscription", then you can receive the confirmation email.
For Maintenance, click Email icon, a pop-up window will appear, input the email and click "Create Subscription", then you can receive the confirmation email.
For Updates, click Email icon, a pop-up window will appear, input the email and click "Create Subscription", then you can receive the confirmation email.
Check the confirmation email, it should contain the following content:
Confirmation of subscription to the current TAB
List of subscription the customer has subscribed to(tab subscription/incident subscription)
Link to a page where customer can manage their subscriptions
Check the confirmation email, all hyperlinks inside are clickable(incident/tab name) and they should redirect to the correct status page.
Click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, it will redirect to the status page with the message: Your email is already subscribed to page.
Subscribe "Webex for Commercial" tab, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can receive the notification email when you add/edit a commercial incident/maintenance.
Subscribe "Webex for Government" tab, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can receive the notification email when you add/edit a government incident/maintenance.
Subscribe "Incident History" tab, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can receive the notification email when you add/edit a commercial/government incident.
Subscribe "Maintenance" tab, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can receive the notification email when you add/edit a commercial/government maintenance.
Subscribe "Updates" tab, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can receive the notification email when you add/edit an update.
Both "Webex for Commercial" and "Incident History" are subscribed, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can only receive one notification email when you add/edit a commercial incident.
Both "Webex for Government" and "Incident History" are subscribed, and click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can only receive one notification email when you add/edit a government incident.

Subscribe to "Webex for Commercial", "Incident History" and one commercial incident simultaneously, and all click "Confirm Subscription" in the confirmation email, you can only receive one notification email when you add/edit the commercial incident.
Open the subscription management page, we can see all subscriptions we've subscribed(including tab/incident/maintenance/update subscriptions).
We can see that there is an Unsubscribe button after each subscription item.
We can unsubscribe one of tabs by click the "Unsubscribe" button. You need to confirm your operation in the pop-up window and submit, then we can see a prompt message will pop up to inform that we've successfully unsubscribed.
