Note: Need open a ticket to SOC team to add/update CNAME(SOC request link: https://ciscowebex.servicenowservices.com/sp, search 'DNS request') if need to change the CNAME of "*.webex.com"

AWS route53

You create a record name for Hosted zones, and you can route traffic to a load balancer or a BeanStalk Environment url.

So we needn't ask the SOC again when we need change the route traffic link. We only need change the configuration of AWS.
