Meeting Minutes / Action Items: ¶
Brief sharing and review of HEA new Wiki Platform ¶
- The HEA wiki logo is in the upper left corner and we can add like swagger link / about in the upper right corner.
- There are sorting issues for Home, Get start and so on there. For concurrently, we define 1.xxx, 2.xxx, 3.xxx and so on for titles as workaround, so that we see the expected ordering. We will submit a jira US to find a good solution - Rocky.
How to write document ¶
- We need to follow up some constraints for punctuation, paragraph, header and number during writing document. Those constraints are necessary and basic. Rocky wrote some basic contraints and will share the link with us once they are finalize - Rocky.

How to finalize our meeting contents to a guideline doc ¶
- Every member can help review. After review done, then commit the meeting minutes into github by notetaker - All members and notetaker.
How to promote it to our BIG Team ¶
- Have some sharing meetings at daily and guide others how to write documents - All members.
- We can have a review for some key templates - All members.
- We can use HEA portal to share what we have and what is valuable. So that our team members better understand why we do.
- In the early days, it is very important that we have some prototypes of the documentation - All members.
