1. HEA is a cross team group, which focus on technical topics.
2. As a consultant, we do not need to be expert on every area. If there is a need for certain knowledge, we should make sure it will be learned in short time.
3. Agents can take part in team's feature design review, and gave some advice on technical perspective.

2. Review on HEA wiki adoption ¶

Seems team members are not regularly use GitHub based HEA doc, Cisco wiki is still the first option for most of them.

Based on team's discussion, the reason is team's habit and the cost of using HEA doc. As for HEA team, we need to push a little bit more on this:

1. All should estimate document efforts of each user story on planning meeting.
2. Agents can give advice on where should a document be put (HEA wiki or Cisco wiki), document types that better added on Cisco wiki are listed below, otherwise, please add it to HEA wiki:
   1. Collaborate or interactive documents, such as release mop.
   2. Personal notes.
   3. More valuable to the individual, rather than team.
