How We Deliver
Scrum ¶
Our team use Agile Scrum as our developing methodology. Scrum is a framework that helps teams work together. it encourages teams to learn through experiences, self-organize while working on a problem, and reflect on their wins and losses to continuously improve.
A Sprint is a short, time-boxed period when a scrum team works to complete a set amount of work. Right now in Monitoring & Status team, the Sprint duration is 2 weeks.
As screenshot shows, each Sprint starts from Wednesday, and on that day team will have Retrospective Meeting to review good or bad practices in past one sprint. Scrum Master will note down all the content and post in wiki(e.g. Retrospective Meeting Notes for Jul.2022)
After Retrospective Meeting completed, Scrum Master will continue with Planning Meeting. Scrum team will go through all the user stories in upcoming sprint and make sure they will be understood and allocated reasonably.
After Planning Meeting, Scrum Team will start development through whole sprint.
Based on that, our team will roll out the delivery every month. If no exception, the release day will be last Wednesday by month end.
