Getting Grafana Access

Prerequisites

• Cisco employee/authorized account with required internal access.
• Business justification and manager/owner approval where required.
• The least-privileged role needed for your work.

Request Process

1. Review the internal Grafana Metrics 2.0 access guide.
2. Submit the required ServiceNow request for Grafana Metrics 2.0 (Commercial).
3. After approval and provisioning, sign in to metrics.o.webex.com.
4. Confirm that the expected WxCDI folders and dashboards are visible.

Roles & Permissions

Role	Typical Use
Viewer	NOC, TAC, and operations investigation
Editor	Approved dashboard development and maintenance
Admin	Platform administration; restricted to service owners

Troubleshooting

If login succeeds but content is missing, capture your user ID, expected folder, requested role, approval/request number, UTC failure time, and exact error. Do not share session cookies or authentication tokens.
