The platform combines telemetry services with the Kubernetes, delivery, automation, and security systems used to operate them. Start with the tool that owns the failing stage, then follow the linked upstream and downstream checks.

Runtime and Delivery

Tool Operational purpose
Kubernetes Runs exporters, collectors, forwarders, and supporting services
Helm Packages Kubernetes resources and separates templates from environment values
Docker Packages exporter and platform services as immutable images
Harness Builds, validates, tags, and publishes service images
Artifactory Stores approved images and other build artifacts

Automation and Security

Tool Operational purpose
Terraform Manages Keeper, Splunk alerts, and other platform configuration as code
InfoSec Keeper Stores and brokers credentials used by deployment and runtime services
AWX Runs approved Ansible automation and automation-generated metric workflows

Keeper and KeepHQ are different systems

InfoSec Keeper is the secrets platform. KeepHQ/EMS is the alert-routing service.
